This Privacy Policy explains how BrightVibe Media Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") handles information when you play Monster Grab (the "Game"), available on TikTok Mini Games and Google Play.

1. Information We Collect

• Platform identifier. When you play inside TikTok, we receive an anonymous platform-scoped identifier (OpenID) through TikTok's silent login. It does not reveal your name, phone number, or email address.
• Game progress. Your level progress, in-game currency, items, and settings, stored so your progress syncs across sessions and devices.
• Leaderboard data. A display name and your highest cleared level, shown on the in-game leaderboard.
• Traffic source tag. A short non-personal code identifying which video or share link brought you to the Game, used for aggregate marketing statistics.

We do not collect your real name, contact details, precise location, contacts, photos, or device advertising identifiers on our servers.

2. How We Use Information

• To save and restore your game progress.
• To operate the leaderboard.
• To measure, in aggregate, how players discover the Game.
• To comply with platform policies and applicable law.

3. Advertising

The Game shows rewarded and interstitial ads served by the hosting platform (TikTok's advertising system on TikTok Mini Games; Google-certified ad networks on Google Play, where applicable). Ad personalization is governed by the hosting platform's own privacy policy and your settings on that platform.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Game data is stored on servers located in the United States. We retain progress data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the hosting platform as technically required to run the Game, or where required by law.

6. Children

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights & Contact

You may request access to or deletion of your game data by contacting us at kangyue168@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
